Do you gift wrap items?
We do not offer gift wrapping, but your order will be delivered in a shipping box
Some of the items from my order are missing.
An item may be missing for various reasons, such as being out of stock. In such cases, you will have been contacted to inform you that we were unable to fulfill your order, and you will have received a refund for that item. Who pays for return postage?
We do not offer free return shipping. Therefore, you are responsible for covering the costs of returning the item to us (unless the item is damaged)
